Sometimes a little Vitamin D and some movement is all you need to feel mentally and physically refreshed. Luckily, we help you seize opportunities to get moving and make some new friends along the way.

One of the most distinguishing features of the Eastridge Suites lifestyle continues to be the engaging, not-so-run-of-the-mill activities that we offer residents. And this is especially true when it comes to our popular Get Moving Club.

Spending too much time indoors or not enough time being physically active is never a good thing. The Get Moving Club aims to improve overall well-being and positivity by taking advantage of both indoor and outdoor spaces to encourage mobility among residents.

Our mentality is simple: regardless of what stage of life you’re in, staying mobile is one of the most important factors in leading a healthy lifestyle. We motivate residents to move in a variety of ways, whether it’s with light exercises like lifting hand weights and walking laps around the community or just staying active by self-ambulating in a wheelchair.
