Whether it’s having lunch at a local restaurant or taking a day trip for nature therapy at Avery Island, all residents and their family members are encouraged to join in the fun.

Our residents love to indulge in a little bit of excitement at the casino, so trips to Cypress Bayou Casino are common. Residents look forward to playing the slot machines, enjoying a game of cards and dining with friends.
When the weather is nice, excursions to Palmetto Island State Park are just a short drive away. Ideal for seniors with a passion for outdoor activities, residents can spend the afternoon bird watching, playing horseshoes, or simply enjoying a picnic under the shaded pavilion.
Other excursions include trips to area shopping centers and boutiques, which help promote a sense of independence and empowerment. We also encourage new cultural experiences for residents, so local festivals and museums are included when available.
